General Terms of Sale
At Hairlab, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please carefully read our return and refund policy.
1. Return Rights
You have 90 days from the receipt of your order to return a product that does not meet your expectations. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase (such as a copy of the invoice or order confirmation) is required to process the return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as gift cards, underwear, and any consumable products.
3. Return Procedure
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@hairlabcompany.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Carefully package the item you wish to return, including the proof of purchase.

4. Return Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for returning a product are at your expense, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
- Processing Time: Please note that the processing time for your refund may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for this reason, please contact us at support@hairlabcompany.com and follow the return instructions.
7. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale or promotion cannot be refunded unless they are defective.
8. Exceptions
Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@hairlabcompany.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the defective product. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue quickly.
